Library Rules
Library Card Required
All visitors must register for a free library card at the front desk. Please bring a valid photo ID.
Quiet Environment
Please maintain silence in reading rooms. Mobile phones should be set to silent mode.
Photography Policy
Photography is permitted in public areas without flash. Special permission is required for manuscripts.
Bag Storage
Large bags and backpacks must be stored in lockers at the entrance. Lockers are provided free of charge.
Food and Drink
No food or beverages are allowed in reading rooms. A cafeteria is available on the ground floor.
Phone Calls
Phone calls are not permitted inside the library. Please use designated areas near the entrance.
General Guidelines
- Respect library staff and fellow patrons at all times.
- Handle all materials with care, especially rare and fragile items.
- Use bookmarks instead of folding pages or placing objects in books.
- Return materials to designated carts or staff after use.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the premises.
Important Notice
The library reserves the right to ask visitors to leave if they fail to comply with these guidelines. Repeat violations may result in temporary or permanent suspension of library privileges.
