Acquisitions & Collection Development

The Acquisitions and Collection Development Department is responsible for building and maintaining the library's comprehensive collections through strategic purchase, donation, and exchange programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Selecting and acquiring new materials through purchase, gift, and exchange
  • Managing donation programs and donor relations
  • Evaluating collection gaps and development needs
Technical Services & Cataloging

The Technical Services Department organizes and prepares materials for public access through professional cataloging, classification, and preservation services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Original and copy cataloging of all formats
  • Maintaining and enhancing the online catalog
  • Physical processing and binding of materials
Digital Library Services

The Digital Library Services Department leads the library's technological transformation, managing digital collections, online resources, and innovative service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing digital collections and repositories
  • Operating digitization laboratory
  • Maintaining library website and systems
Reference & Research Services

The Reference Department assists patrons with research and information needs through expert guidance, instruction, and personalized consultation.

Education & Outreach

The Education and Outreach Department develops programs to promote literacy, learning, and community engagement with the library.
